Returns Policy

Returns will not be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization).
New Items - If you decide that you just don't want the item, it must be returned to us NEW, SEALED in the box within 30 days of purchase. This is so we can resell it as NEW. Refunds for items returned as new will be made less our actual shipping charge,
regardless of whether or not free shipping was included. If you have opened the box and decide that you don't want it or it is incompatible, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Defective items may be replaced within 30 days of purchase. If you decide to return a defective item rather than giving us the chance to replace it,payment2.gif a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Software Items - Due to Copyright Law, we cannot accept any software for return, refund, or exchange.
Used Items - We do the best we can to test used items and describe every scratch & dent. We will refund you for defective items within 15 days of purchase.
Exhibit Items - If you decide that you just don't want the item, it must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in the same condition when originally shipped to you. Special Orders - Special order items are non-refundable. We reserve the right accept or decline exceptions. A 15% restocking fee will apply if returned and any shipping charges will not be refunded.
